Proud Parent Moment!!
Brent and I had our parent-teacher conference today with Zuri's Kindergarten teacher. Academically, she's doing great! She's a top reader, she scored a 32 on a first sounds test (goal at this point in time is 10), and she scored a 53 on an overall reading efficiency test (goal at this point in time is 26; goal for the year is 60)! Behaviorally, she has room for improvement. 😉
A specials (art, music, Spanish, gym) teacher wrote that Zuri is knowledgeable, but can be argumentative at times. Zuri, argumentative? No way. 😜
